GOING TO THE SWIMMING POOL

This week, I went to the swimming pool as a way to stay active and unwind. Swimming allowed me to focus on steady movement and breathing, which helped me relax and clear my mind. Being in the water felt refreshing and gave me a break from daily stress and academic responsibilities.

This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as well-being, balance, and self-management. Going to the swimming pool supported my physical health while also helping me manage stress in a healthy way. It reminded me of the importance of making time for activities that support both mental and physical well-being. Overall, the experience reinforced how regular exercise contributes to a balanced lifestyle.
