STRETCHING EXERCISES

 This week, I spent time doing stretching exercises to improve flexibility and release tension. Since I no longer do ballet, stretching has become especially important for maintaining mobility and preventing stiffness. Taking time to stretch helped me feel more relaxed and aware of my body, and it was a good way to unwind after a busy day.

This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as well-being, self-awareness, and commitment. Stretching regularly showed responsibility toward maintaining my physical health and flexibility. It also reminded me of the importance of listening to my body and taking care of it consistently. Overall, the experience reinforced how simple habits can support long-term physical health and balance.
