ORGANIZING A STUDY GROUP

This week, I organized a study group to prepare for upcoming schoolwork and assessments. Bringing people together to study created a focused and supportive environment where we could help each other understand difficult topics and share different approaches to learning. Organizing the session required planning and communication, but it was rewarding to see everyone engaged and working productively together.

This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as collaboration, leadership, and communication. By organizing the study group, I took initiative and supported others in their learning while also strengthening my own understanding of the material. It showed me the value of teamwork and how learning can be more effective when shared. Overall, the experience highlighted how collaboration can improve both academic performance and group motivation.
