GOING ON A WALK

This week, I went on a walk as a simple way to stay active and take a break from my daily routine. Walking allowed me to slow down, clear my mind, and enjoy being outdoors. It was a calm and refreshing activity that helped me step away from screens and schoolwork while still getting some light exercise.

This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as well-being, reflection, and balance. Going on a walk helped me manage stress and appreciate the importance of taking time for myself. It reminded me that physical activity doesn’t always have to be intense to be beneficial. Overall, the experience showed how small habits can support both mental clarity and overall health.
