PILATES AT HOME
This week, I did a Pilates workout at home as a way to stay active and work on strength and flexibility. Exercising at home allowed me to move at my own pace and focus on proper technique without feeling rushed. The session helped me strengthen my core and improve body control, and it was a convenient way to fit physical activity into my day alongside schoolwork and other responsibilities.
This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as well-being, self-management, and commitment. Choosing to do Pilates at home showed discipline and responsibility toward maintaining a healthy routine. It also reminded me that staying active doesn’t always require a gym or structured class. Overall, the experience reinforced the importance of consistency and balance in supporting both physical health and personal growth.
