DONATING OLD CLOTHES
This week, I donated my old clothes that I no longer wear. Going through my wardrobe helped me realize how many items were still in good condition but no longer useful to me. Donating them felt meaningful, knowing they could be reused by others instead of going to waste. It was a simple action, but it made me feel more aware of how small choices can have a positive impact on others and the environment.
This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as service, ethical awareness, and responsibility. By donating my clothes, I was able to support people in need while also practicing sustainability. The process encouraged me to be more mindful of consumption and grateful for what I have. Overall, it showed me that service does not always have to be time-consuming to be valuable and impactful.
