YOGA AT THE GYM

 This week, I went to the gym with my friend and did a yoga session together. It was a nice change from our usual workouts and gave us time to slow down and focus on stretching and breathing. Doing yoga in the gym felt calming, and having a friend there made the session more enjoyable and motivating. It also helped me stay consistent and push through the full routine instead of rushing it.

This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as well-being, balance, and working collaboratively. Practicing yoga highlighted the importance of taking care of both physical and mental health, not just focusing on intense exercise. Doing the activity with a friend encouraged accountability and made the experience more meaningful. Overall, it showed me how shared activities can support healthy habits and strengthen friendships while promoting self-care.
