SWIMMING AT THE POOL

This week, I went swimming at the pool as a way to stay active and take a break from my usual routine. Swimming felt refreshing and allowed me to focus fully on my movement and breathing without distractions. It was a good full-body workout and helped me clear my mind, especially after a busy day of schoolwork. Spending time in the water also reminded me how much I enjoy swimming as both exercise and relaxation.

This experience connects to CAS outcomes such as well-being, balance, and self-management. Swimming supported my physical health while also helping me manage stress and maintain a healthy routine. Making time for this activity showed me the importance of balancing academic responsibilities with exercise. Overall, it reinforced how regular physical activity can improve both mental focus and overall well-being.
