WINTER WALK
This week I went on a walk in December, and the cold weather made the experience very different from my usual walks. The air was crisp, and I noticed how quiet everything felt, with fewer people outside and nature seeming calmer. Even though it was chilly, it was refreshing to move around and enjoy the winter atmosphere.
This connects to CAS outcomes of reflection and awareness of well-being. The walk reminded me how important it is to stay active even in colder months and how spending time outside can improve my mood. It was a small but meaningful way to appreciate the season and care for both my body and mind.
