WALKING BREAK
This week I went on a walk to take a break from schoolwork and get some fresh air. It wasn’t a long walk, but it felt good to step away from my desk, move around, and enjoy the outdoors for a little while. The simple rhythm of walking helped me clear my head and feel more relaxed afterward.
This connects to CAS outcomes of reflection and awareness of well-being. The walk reminded me how important it is to take small breaks to care for both my body and mind. Even something as simple as going outside and moving a bit can make a noticeable difference in how I feel and how focused I am afterward.
