GYM SESSION
This week I went to the gym to focus on strength training and cardio. It felt good to use the equipment and push myself through a structured workout, especially since it was different from just walking or running outside. The session was challenging at times, but I enjoyed the sense of accomplishment afterward and the feeling of being more energized.
This connects to CAS outcomes of commitment and awareness of well-being. Going to the gym takes discipline, and it reminded me of the importance of consistency in building both physical and mental strength. It also encouraged reflection, since I noticed how much better I felt afterward and how exercise can positively affect my mood as well as my body.
