TRYING A NEW RECIPE

This week I experimented with my usual matcha routine by adding bananas and heavy cream. Normally, I prepare a simple matcha latte, but I wanted to see how these ingredients would change the flavor and texture. The result was richer and creamier than expected—almost like a milkshake—with the banana adding natural sweetness that balanced the earthiness of the matcha. It felt exciting to turn something I often make into a new creation.

This small experiment connects to CAS outcomes through creativity and reflection. I stepped outside my routine to try a new recipe, and in the process, I learned how small changes can make something familiar feel fresh again. It reminded me of the value of experimenting, paying attention to details, and enjoying the process as much as the result.
