Dress Rehearsal for Our Christmas Recital

 Now that our Christmas recital is approaching, we had our dress rehearsal this week. Dancing on stage in full costumes made me feel a bit anxious about the upcoming show, but excited all at once. It was a great experience, but I noticed a few things I need to work on, like improving my timing and refining some of my movements. With just a little more practice, I know I can perfect the dance in time for the performance. Preparing for this recital has been a rewarding journey. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made and can’t wait to see it all come together on stage!

Through this experience, I achieved several CAS learning outcomes. I identified my strengths and areas for growth by reflecting on what went well and what needs improvement. I demonstrated perseverance and commitment by continuing to rehearse and improve. I also recognized the importance of collaboration, as my classmates and I worked together to bring our dance to life as a team.
